ONLINE STORE REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
What is your returns policy?
New Life Chapel offers free returns for 14 days from the date you received your order.
Here are our rules for returns:
Items were not marked as “Final Sale”or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
Item(s) must be unworn, undamaged and unused with the original packing intact (where applicable).
Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your purchased item is found to be damaged upon taking delivery/ownership, you will need to provide notice within 24 hours to New Life Chapel via the email address below and a replacement product will be offered.
If your item matches all of these conditions, you can lodge a return request by emailing us at store@newlifechapel.org and we will respond with details on how best to return your item.
Can I return Sale items?
Yes, you can return sale items unless the product is marked as "Final sale" (subject to the Australian Consumer Law). We will always let you know if a particular sale or promotion excludes returns on the product page.
