LEADERSHIP
Senior Pastor
Zoran Paunovich
Zoran is the Senior Pastor here at New Life Chapel. He has been completely committed to serving God since coming to know Christ at the age of 18 and has since led a variety of churches across Australia.
Pastoral Care
Kate Paunovich
Kate looks after the NLC Pastoral Care. Kate is a passionate leader with a heart for God and comes with a background as a qualified and highly experienced counsellor. Kate also leads as Senior Pastor alongside her husband Zoran.
Executive Pastor
Natt Cross
In early 2024, Natt stepped into the role of Executive Pastor at NLC and has grown up serving alongside her entire family for a number of years as part of the various ministries and teams.

Youth & Young Adults Pastor
Matt Barton
Matt is the Youth & Young Adults Pastor here at New Life Chapel. He loves nothing more than serving the youth and young adults of Albury Wodonga and seeing families grow closer through encounters with Christ.
Chapel Kids Team Leader
Heidi Matammu
Chapel kids is led by Heidi who has experience working with children of all needs across multiple local schools and is passionate about kids having their own personal encounter with Jesus no matter their age.​
New Life Care Leader & Multicultural Groups
Trudi Singh
Trudi looks after our outreach and assistance ministry - New Life Care - and is passionate about seeing people connected together and helping people find support through both the great times and the hard times in life.
Creative Director
Shel Korotkov
As the leader of our creative teams - Shel looks after the worship teams and creative ministries. Shel has been a part of this team for a number of years, serving in Worship and Design before stepping in as Creative Director back in 2020.
Studio & Media Director
Steve Leane
Steve looks after everything that involves our studio productions, web development, marketing, media and audio teams. He loves creating tools that speak Jesus to every generation while empowering the next.
Data, Office and Service's Administrator
Randi Sortland
Randi joined the team after an extensive career in government financial institutions and brings a high level of administrative experience and skill set. Randi also oversees the frontline team at our Sunday Services and Events.
Accounts Administrator
Michelle Rutland
Michelle has seen her entire family come to volunteer across many of the teams over the years. As well as this, you will also find her serving on media team, coffee team, welcome team and our info desk on any given Sunday.
